Laser Tech is a Colorado-based technology manufacturer specializing in precision laser measurement solutions used across traffic safety, crash investigation, forestry, mining, utilities, and geospatial industries. As Laser Tech prepared for continued growth, they needed a modern digital experience that reflected their technical leadership and made it easier for buyers, partners, and distributors to find the right products and request a quote. The new website needed to drive measurable improvements in lead generation, enhance usability, and provide a scalable framework to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Key objectives included:

  • Increase qualified leads and quote requests through improved user pathways and simplified conversion points.

  • Improve navigation and user experience so customers could quickly locate products, request information, and explore solutions by industry and application.

  • Enable campaign-specific landing pages outside of standard site navigation to support targeted outreach, product promotions, and segmented digital marketing campaigns.

Behind these goals was a broader strategic aim: create a digital platform that accurately reflects Laser Tech’s technical expertise, strengthens their market position, and provides their internal team the flexibility to manage content and ongoing updates without development dependency.

Challenges

Laser Tech’s existing digital presence no longer reflected who they had become as an organization. Their previous website lacked clarity in messaging, scalability in structure, and the flexibility needed to support ongoing marketing, product updates, and sales enablement. Before rebuilding the site, our team guided Laser Tech through a Market Positioning Action Plan™ and Brand Platform™ development process to clearly define their differentiation, establish core messaging, and elevate how they communicate the transformation they create for their customers.

From a technical and functional standpoint, the project required thoughtful planning to ensure the new website addressed key operational pain points. The Laser Tech team needed a website architecture that supported multiple product divisions, allowed content to scale as offerings evolved, and improved product discovery for different audience segments. Our SEO team reverse-engineered the keyword strategy and mapped target terms to the appropriate pages to ensure the new site was built for long-term search visibility.

A final priority was ease of ownership. The new system needed to empower Laser Tech’s internal team to manage content, publish updates, and support campaigns without relying on ongoing developer intervention. This requirement shaped how we approached navigation, backend structure, and custom functionality throughout the project.

The redesigned Laser Tech website now serves as a scalable digital platform that supports their product complexity, sales process, and future growth. To create a streamlined and intuitive user experience, we organized the site into clear product divisions, allowing visitors to easily navigate by category, industry, or use case.

To improve conversion performance, we built a custom Get a Quote system that intelligently routes requests to the correct team member based on product category and geographic territory. This enhancement not only elevated the user experience but also increased efficiency for the Laser Tech sales team by reducing manual sorting and response delays.

To support partner enablement, we developed a secure Partner Resource Center where distributors and industry partners can log in to access brochures, product sheets, and other sales materials. Additionally, we introduced a Customer Feedback System Manager, allowing internal teams to assign, track, and resolve support requests quickly and transparently.

Marketing scalability was also a core priority. The final solution includes:

  • A custom Landing Page Builder to support targeted campaigns without developer dependency

  • A flexible Product Management System that organizes product data consistently and improves site-wide content usability

Together, these enhancements created a website that is easier for visitors to navigate, easier for Laser Tech to manage internally, and better aligned with the brand’s strategic growth goals.
